![]() Happy April to Everyone! It is April and the world is brighter. While I miss Japanese cherry blossoms most around this time of the year, I enthusiastically adore daffodils, crabtree apples, tulips, crocuses, and on and on, all those lovely colors and textures. They will surely inspire me for my next visit in the printing studio. Speaking the printing studio at ASLD, I have been taking a short break since March. Since I am heading to Japan with my husband, Tom, and won't be back to Denver until the end of May, I've got a lot of projects to accomplish, mainly for the school Summer Art Market, prior to the departure. Besides it is good to have a break for a while from my printing production after the intense 8 month of commitment to the studio, two full days each week. I will be recharging myself with a variety of activities (eat, shop, & eat!) while we are in Japan and be ready for the big day at the Summer Art Market! Please mark your calendar now, it will be a fun day!
