June 1st, June 1st! As I have settled back to my normal life, after returning from a six-long week of Japan trip, I have been assembling all my prints into lovely Nielsen frames. My beloved friend, Nobu, and my husband are always a big help for cutting frame moldings, mats, and form cores. Once they are all neatly cut, I can then assemble them for framing. The process is always tedious yet without a doubt, it is very satisfying. On each step, my print seems to be "beautified", not to mean to deceive my patrons, and are stepping up to their utmost sophistication. I frame each print with my deepest affection, with a hope to bring a blessing to a "new home." This is my third year at the SAM and I am so ready everyone!
